The encore performance today for the students was a hit!  We had teachers dancing in the aisles and cheers from the crowd!  Congratulations to the fifth graders on two terrific shows!

And thank you to Mrs. Adams and Mr. Flick for putting this together as well as our featured staff actors!  :)

Mr. Flick was very excited to get a check for $3500 from OtterCares which is part of the local mobile case company OtterBox.

The money is  a grant that Mr. Flick applied for to help purchase new tech equipment for his Tech Badges Program for all 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. He was awarded the grant partly because of the philanthropic theme of his program which is “Using technology we can improve our world.”

Our Bethke School Store opened for business Friday the 11th. They sold out of a couple hot items in their grand opening but still have more inventory for purchase this Friday. They will be open on Fridays only. All items are $1 or less. Fourth and fifth graders can use the Bob bucks as well.

We have three crews that work the store during their lunchhour so they can still have time to eat their lunch.  Come support our entrepreneurs in training!

Our amazing technology man keeps us moving forward in the 21st century. Brad Flickinger has added so much to our school by encouraging teachers on implementing new technology. Even the principal now has a blog!  He teaches tech classes, coordinates a variety of enrichment clubs, and supports us all when things get glitchy, which they always do! But he does it all with a smile.

Brad, thank you, for making Bethke a better place! And thank you for honoring all learners!
